Jackie Faass, LMSW

I strive to empower and walk alongside my clients in my therapeutic practice, so they may live their full, best lives; so they may step into their power and heal and love themselves.  As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Associate Clinician at the Brookwood Center for Psychotherapy, I enjoy accompanying my clients on their journeys as they learn new skills, experience "ah-ha!" moments, and unpack pain and discomfort that has long been ignored or stored away.  My greatest honor in life is to witness my clients achieve their goals and discover their magnificence as humans in this world.

In my space, I intend to remove judgement and create an accepting, safe environment for all visitors.  Though I work with a wide range of clients and a variety of presenting issues, I am particularly drawn to creatives struggling with anxiety, depression, and addiction.  My previous experience as an art teacher grants me a deep love for the arts as a tool for healing, which I often use in my practice.  I also enjoy working as an ally and advocate for quitable treatment for those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.  My clients include individuals, couples, groups, adults, and children.  Through a creative, strengths-based approach, healing and liberation bloom in my clients' lives.  All are welcome here.
