Matthew Quick

You've been trying to hold everything together all on your own - your relationships, your family, or your battle with anxiety and panic disorder.  Now is the time to finally get the help you are looking for!

My approach is pretty straight forward.  When you come into therapy, I sit with you and listen carefully and patiently to everything you say - I want you to know that someone truly cares about what you're going through.  I also want you to have tools, strategies, and skills so that you can be empowered and move forward in your life.  We work together as a team so that you know you have an ally through your struggle.  We collaborate by unpacking your issues, exploring and preparing for all possible outcomes, and testing solutions.  I provide clinically sound therapy that combines establishing a therapeutic relationship (through rapport and trust) as well as "third party" observations, feedback, and scientifically-backed strategies.

I have over a decade of experience treating teens and adults through individual, couples, and family therapy.  I work primarily with men, teens, and young adults working through Anxiety and Panic disorders, codependence, divorce, and Men's issues.  I am also a Christian Counselor allied with the LGBT community (I will not try to change you!).
