As a licensed psychologist and a partner at the Brookwood Center since 1997, I derive deep professional satisfaction from helping my clients. Together, we frequently address relationship problems, trauma histories, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, life patterns, effective communication, major life decisions, and personal growth and understanding. This is accomplished through individual, couple, and/or group psychotherapy. Working collaboratively with each client, an individualized, unique treatment plan is shaped based on our assessment of symptoms, complaints, and goals. With an overarching attachment theory perspective (focusing on patterns in significant relationships throughout one’s life), various therapeutic techniques (e.g. cognitive-behavioral, insight oriented, and psychoeducational) are used to help you reach your goals.
Being a psychologist is incredibly rewarding to me. The therapeutic relationships I have been privileged to develop have given me the opportunity to watch people grow, develop, become empowered, and learn to more effectively manage challenging life circumstances. This work is an integral part of my life and I look forward to the opportunity to discuss the possibility of working with you.
